SC VISITOR ANALYTICS SRL, headquartered in BLVD. 21 DECEMBRIE 1989, NO. 72, AP. 1, CLUJ-NAPOCA, CLUJ, ROMANIA, organizes an international prize-winning contest, through Twitter and Facebook.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the contest's concept and format any time it deems necessary, or to discontinue the contest at any moment for its duration, informing the public of the changes before they come into effect, by posting them on the website www.visitor-analytics.io, as well as through announcements on Twitter and Facebook.
2. Running period
The contest runs between January 28 - February 28, 2021 (namely February 28, 2021, 24:00 hours Romanian time, for online contributions).
3. Rights and conditions for participation
The contest is addressed to all individuals who are 18 years of age by the date of February 1, 2020. Individuals who do not have the right to take part in the contest are employees, contractors of Partners, and relatives up to the second degree of individuals working at, or collaborating with VISITOR ANALYTICS.
4. Contest mechanism
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING
The contest will be taking place on the Visitor Analytics Facebook and Twitter pages: https://www.facebook.com/visitoranalytics or https://twitter.com/ViAnalytics.
In order for a person to be able to take part in the contest, it must have an active profile on at least one of the channels.
The contest will be available on the Facebook Visitor Analytics page: https://www.facebook.com/visitoranalytics/photos/a.926428787462852/3410044665767906/
The participant must leave a comment with a link to their website/ a website they are managing.
The participants with the top 5 comments (the ones with the most reactions) will automatically win one of the 5 voucher codes.
The contest will be available on the Twitter Visitor Analytics page: https://twitter.com/ViAnalytics/status/1354819021590286336
The participants must follow the Visitor Analytics page (@ViAnalytics) and retweet the contest.
The winners will be chosen randomly from the retweets.
5. Prizes and winners
Visitor Analytics offers a total of 10 (ten) Pro Plan Visitor Analytics subscriptions, available for 1 year (12 months) to 10 different winners as follows:
- 5 Pro Plan subscriptions for Twitter participants
- 5 Pro Plan subscriptions for Facebook participants.
A person can take part in the contest on both channels, but cannot be a double winner.
The total price of the prizes is: 10 x $34.99 x 12 = $4198.8
The Facebook winners will be selected first, 5 in the order of the decreasing amount of likes on their comments. Winners will be screened so that their Facebook profiles are real.
Secondly, the Twitter winners will be selected randomly with the help of twitter-winner.appspot.com/retweets. In case a person selected is already a winner on Facebook, a new winner will be drawn. A check will be performed to see if the winners did comply with the rules.
The Facebook winners will be announced in the contest’s comments section, while the Twitter winners will be announced in the comment section and also via a separate tweet.
The prices will consist in 10 different voucher codes, which the users will receive after contacting
www.facebook.com/visitoranalytics or twitter.com/ViAnalytics via private message.
Winners will be announced in the 1-5 March 2021 interval.
By taking part in the contest, all participants agree and take on the obligation to comply with the requirements and conditions imposed by the Organizer under these Rules.
7. Private data protection
In line with legislation in force, the Organizer is obligated to make public the name of winners and list of prizes granted as part of this contest. The organizer is also obligated to comply with the provisions of Law no. 667/2001 on the protection of private data stored for the duration of the contest. To this end, the Organizer commits to ensuring the confidentiality of the private data of participants in this context. By simply taking part in the contest and providing private data, the participants agree for that data to be entered into the Organizer's database. Upon specific written request by the participants, the Organizer shall not use private data upon ending of the contest.
8. Force majeure
In the understanding of these Rules, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or foreseen by the Organizer, and whose occurrence makes them unable to fulfill obligations under the Rules, including, but not limited to: war, fires, flooding, labor strikes and blockades, earthquakes, powerful storms, other catastrophes of any kind. If a force majeure situation prevents totally or partially the good running of the contest in accordance with the conditions laid out in these Rules, the Organizer shall be exempt of responsibility for the duration of the force majeure.
Any possible litigation between the Organizer and participants in the contest shall be settled amicably. If amicable settlement is impossible, the litigation shall be referred for settlement to the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
10. Publication of the Rules
The Rules of the contest shall be published on the www.visitor-analytics.io website and on Visitor Analytics Facebook and Twitter profiles. The reference version shall be the version in the English language.
