How to Apply a Promo Code for a Premium Plan

We're delighted to hear that you’re interested in becoming a Visitor Analytics Premium customer!

If you’re lucky enough to have received a promotional code to test out the wonders that our premium version has to offer, you’ll have to follow some simple steps in order to apply it.

To upgrade your subscription, here’s how to apply your promotional code for a premium plan:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to Settings > Subscriptions

3. Click on Change Plan.

4. Select a plan that fits your website needs. You can find a comparison of Visitor Analytics’ pricing plans on the Pricing page.

5. After picking your plan, you can also choose if you want to pay monthly or yearly - paying yearly will help you save up to 20%. 

6. Scroll down and click Upgrade.

7. In the next step, you’ll need to add billing information in order to purchase the plan, such as email address and country.

8. When you reach the payment method page, click on Add Discount. 

9. Copy the discount code, paste it into the field, and click Add Discount. If you have a VAT number, don’t forget to add it.

10. Choose the payment method and add the required details.
11. Ensure that the discount has been applied to the final price, and then click Subscribe Now.

12. Reload the Visitor Analytics platform and start navigating the features it offers.
