After this, we had about a month with no reviews. Then another 3 months with no reviews for our app. Our customer base was still very small.
On April 29th 2016, we received our first negative feedback. A 2-star rating and some issues raised about the functionality. We looked into it and fixed whatever needed to be fixed, to make the customers happy. Negative feedback can be hard to swallow, but it is equally important. You learn from it and you make your app better.
Growth was still slow, but by the end of 2016, we had reached 59 reviews. Most of them were positive.
At the same time, our user base was growing constantly. The real breakthrough came in early 2017. In March 2017, we reached 1,000,000 users on Wix. We've been growing ever since. And we've been adding features all the time. You can see some other landmarks in our brief history on our dedicated page. We've also become available on any type of website, not just Wix, in March 2018.
Our next objective is 3,000,000 downloads and installs of our app.
Of course, we still keep track of reviews. We already received more than 30 since the start of this month. Every now and then, there is a negative one. Most of the time, it's just because of some misunderstanding. Some other times, bugs are being reported, which we fix as soon as possible. We are thankful for all feedback, as it enables us to act on problems immediately and offer better service.
