How to Install TWIPLA on Weebly

Installing TWIPLA on your Weebly site is a straightforward and effortless process. You have two options: 

  1. Add TWIPLA from the Plugins Market using the Easy Installation steps.
  2. Manually add the script to the footer of your Weebly website.

Important: The design and/or the process presented in the video is only informative oriented and it might be out of date. Make sure you follow the installation steps mentioned below accordingly.

Easy installation — Install the TWIPLA Weebly plugin

This method requires any paid Weebly plan. If you have a free Weebly plan, please check the  Manual installation  method.

  1. Log in to your Weebly account.
  2. Click here to open the TWIPLA plugin page directly on Weebly App Market.
  3. Click Add and then Connect, and you will be redirected to the TWIPLA dashboard.
    Note: The app will not start tracking your website yet, follow the steps below to get it started.
  4. To activate tracking, go to the Weebly Website Editor, and click Publish to make your changes live.
  5. To view your website stats, go to Settings > My Apps > Manage App next to the TWIPLA entry.

Manual installation — Adding TWIPLA script to the Footer section

As an alternative, if you have a FREE Weebly plan, you can simply add a script (our tracking code) to the footer section of your website by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TWIPLA account or register  if you don't have one.
  2. Add your website URL: Click Add new website in the top left corner.
  3. Select the option - No, I Don't Use Any Platform From Above.
  4. Copy the Tracking Code generated by our app.
    Note: If you can't find your Tracking Code snippet easily as part of the initial onboarding process, please navigate to Website Settings in the TWIPLA app's vertical left-hand sidebar and then click on Tracking Code.
  5. Log into your Weebly account and go to the Weebly Website Editor.
  6. Go to Settings and then click on the SEO tab.
  7. Paste your tracking code into the Footer Code field and click Save.
  8. Publish your website.
  9. To verify if the installation succeeded, go back to app.twipla.com and click on the button Verify Snippet Installation.
