Last Thursday, our website intelligence experts Dragos Gal and Jorge Cuevas led another fascinating webinar of business insights for agencies and consultancies. In it, they gave their take on market realities in 2024 and viable growth strategies for navigating obstacles.

The pair also discusessed our white label analytics solution (and privacy-conscious analytics more broadly) and how the platform enables agencies to deliver a better service to clients at no cost to them, while also opening up a lucrative new revenue stream

We want to thank everyone who attended and made this interactive event all the more fruitful. It's wise to regularly take a step back and digest growth opportunities, and this webinar provides real food for thought. Anyone who couldn't make it should follow this link to see what they missed!

TWIPLA's data filtering just got a whole lot better! Take a tour of the toolkit and you'll find that advanced filtering functionality has been rolled out for more report blocks, and can now be used within the Master Dashboard, Traffic Structure, [Latest] Visitors, and Pages.

This means you can now dig deeper into your data than ever before. Explore the comprehensive segmentation options by clicking on the settings icon at the top right of any report block that displays it, and start mapping out all the new data synergy possibilities.

Go into the Pages Dashboard, and you'll now find buttons that pull up information on all the automatic and manually-added events for any webpage. Click on one and you'll find categorized lists of these in-page events, as well as frequency reports in real time.

This makes it much easier to assess what the platform is analyzing on a page-by-page basis, and these lists also include a [Show event on website] button if you want to see a webpage preview and verify which events you're seeing data for.

We've added a simple dropdown option that enables you to quickly pull up Year-over-Year data analysis, which you can then use to increase your contextual understanding of website performance and how any selected reporting period compares annually.

This tool is now available within the Website Statistics Overview module, and encompasses all the top level traffic metrics. Leverage this feature to dig into your historical data like never before and learn actionable insights into future success!

In January, we rolled out some structural improvements to the platform's data exportation function that enabled users to export more data than ever - a great feature for anyone who values data ownership and wants to conduct their own analysis away from TWIPLA.

But large data exports take time to process and it's useful to be able to manage requests in one place.  As such, we've redesigned our export management interface, and introduced a notification system so that you don't have to hang around waiting for the file to prepare.

After initiating an export, you'll now receive an email notification that the data has been processed, with a link to download it. And within the [Exports] module, you can also track the process of export requests and download any previously requested export files.

While the Support Center is a useful resource for understanding the basics of using TWIPLA, it doesn't quite capture the potency of our website intelligence platform - particularly with regard to how users can leverage different tools collectively to achieve digital end goals.

Given this, we've started writing a series of guides that will focus on use cases, and how users can actually get the results they were looking for when signing up to our advanced suite of tools in the first place.

This is the first guide in the series. Learn about our three dashboard types and the different real-world scenarios that can be navigated successfully by using the right dashboard at the right time, and in the right way.

The tracking code is what enables TWIPLA to collect the data it needs to analyze website performance and visitor behavior, and we want everyone to be able to install this small JavaScript snippet correctly and with as little hassle as possible.

As such, we've collected all the information that people need to complete this task for any technical environment into a new Support Center page, regardless of website building client or standalone coding requirements.

So if you need to reinstall the tracking code for any reason or want to add another website to your account, jump into the Tracking Code installation page and get all the information you need!
